I have a favorite photo of my son with my father.  My son was about 4 years old. And my Father, much older.   Both were completely captivated while watching a ladybug crawl on their fingertips.

Nothing else in the world mattered at that time.  No one else existed to them. I learned a great lesson that day.

When we move too fast in our daily life we miss the small gifts of happiness all around.  Slow down, take a deep breath and look around at the natural beauty you find in your surroundings.
